Food Material List

  • 1 Spinach 250g
  • 2 Shrimp meat 250g
  • 3 Egg 3
  • 4 breadcrumbs 50g
  • 5 Green Chinese onion Appropriate amount
  • 6 ginger Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Skim spinach, squeeze dry water, chop shrimp, chop onion and ginger, salt, wine, monosodium glutamate, chicken powder and pepper.
  • 2 Balls, flour, egg juice, and bread crumbs
  • 3 Add oil into the pan and heat it to 6 or 7%. Deep-fry the spinach balls until crispy and tender. Remove and serve.
