- 1 Egg tofu 6 branches
- 2 Fresh shrimps 10 only
- 3 Green soya beans Appropriate amount
- 4 Carrot Appropriate amount
- 5 Tentacles of squid Appropriate amount
- 1 Rinse the shrimps with salt and marinate the cooking wine slightly before boiling. Squid whiskers are cut into diced boiling water for later use. Sweet green beans for reserve.
- 2 Dip the cut egg tofu with a little dry starch and deep-fry it in a frying pan until golden brown. Remove it.
- 3 Stir-fry shrimps, squid and green beans in a hot pan with oil, scallions and ginger. Add a little water, salt chicken essence and sugar to taste, then add a little wet starch to make sauce and pour it on fried egg tofu.
