Fried beef with green pepper and cashew nuts

Food Material List

  • 1 Beef tenderloin
  • 2 green pepper
  • 3 Cashew

Operational steps

  • 1 First cut the beef fillet into dices and marinate it with salt, starch, raw soy sauce, pepper noodles and mixed oil for a few minutes.
  • 2 Shredded onion, ginger, garlic, green pepper, slanted knife, inch knife, cashew nuts in a bowl for use
