- 1 Cauliflower
- 2 Three layers of meat
- 3 Carrot
- 1 Slice three layers of meat and set aside.
- 2 Cut the cauliflower into pieces and slice the carrot. Blanch it in boiling water and then rinse it with cool water.
- 3 Heat oil in a frying pan, simmer garlic and stir-fry three layers of meat until the meat is yellowish and rolled up.
- 4 Stir-fry the cauliflower and carrot with drained water, pour in a little sauce, bake them with a little water, season them with salt and sprinkle onions.
1. cauliflower should be of loose type and taste better.
