Fried cauliflower with dried mother

Food Material List

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 2 Three layers of meat
  • 3 Carrot

Operational steps

  • 1 Slice three layers of meat and set aside.
  • 2 Cut the cauliflower into pieces and slice the carrot. Blanch it in boiling water and then rinse it with cool water.
  • 3 Heat oil in a frying pan, simmer garlic and stir-fry three layers of meat until the meat is yellowish and rolled up.
  • 4 Stir-fry the cauliflower and carrot with drained water, pour in a little sauce, bake them with a little water, season them with salt and sprinkle onions.

Tips

1. cauliflower should be of loose type and taste better.
