- 1 Rinse chicken breast, slice (finger size), reserve, chop onion and ginger, reserve (onion and ginger a little, not too)

Then put in a spoon of cooking wine, a spoon of soy sauce, a spoon of starch, a spoon of water (can add or not, see the consistency). Then put a pinch of sugar, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of five-spice powder, mix well, it should be sticky. Refrigerate or not, marinate for 20 minutes.
- 3 When pickling meat, prepare three small bowls of a plate, the first bowl into a half bowl of starch, the second bowl into broken eggs (can also put two eggs of the egg white is better, I am lazy, an egg can be sprinkled), the third bowl into a half bowl of bread chaff, and then put a plate for reserve.
- 4 Take out the cured meat and wrap it one layer by one with starch, one layer with egg liquid, and finally wrap it with bran. Place it on a plate and set aside.
- 5 Start frying chicken willow, heat the oil in the pan, put the prepared chicken willow into the pot in turn (dont let it stick together), until the chicken willow is fried to golden yellow and out of the pot, put into the plate, put in cumin powder, chili powder, can also be directly dipped in tomato sauce to eat, according to personal taste!
