Operational steps

  • 1 Put the whole chicken neck into the pot and simmer over medium heat.
  • 2 When the chickens neck turns white, take it out and rinse it with cold water.
  • 3 Tear your hands into small pieces.
  • 4 Heat oil in a hot pan, pour into chicken neck, stir-fry until the surface darkens.
