- 1 cowpea 400g
- 2 Streaky pork 100g
- 3 Fungus 5 flower
- 4 Yellow sauce 10g
- 5 Onion, ginger and garlic Appropriate amount
- 6 Cooking wine 2ml
- 7 Vinegar 2ml
- 1 Cut cowpea, agaric, pork, onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces.
- 2 Reduce oil, simmer pork, spit oil, put onion, ginger, garlic and cooking wine to remove fishy smell.
- 3 Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, stir-fry and add water.
- 4 Add cowpea and agaric, stir-fry until mature.
