- 1 Four eggs, mixed with a little water, will taste tenderer, with a little salt.
- 2 Wash the silver carp, boil the water and cook it. Put some ginger in the water to remove the fishy smell and drain it.
- 3 Stir-fry ginger slices in oil until fragrant. Remove ginger slices. Fry eggs tenderly until six or seven centimeters. Stir-fry silver carp. Add a little salt and serve in a pan.
- 4 Decorate boiled beans and peppers.
