Food Material List
- 1 Bell pepper Two pieces
- 2 Fish ball At least four according to personal preference
- 1 Chili pepper slices can also be cut into shreds or torn directly by hand according to personal preference.
- 2 Half-cut fish balls. Ive cooked them. I can rest assured that the meat wont show up if I havent cooked them.
- 3 Put a small amount of oil into the pan, heat it, then pour half-cut fish balls into the pan, fry it a little and let the meat cook and stir-fry for a while.
- 4 Add the chopped pepper and salt to stir-fry, then add a little water to let the fish balls and pepper cook a little. Remember not to cook too long or peppers will rot.
- 5 Wait till its almost ready to cook.
Fish balls can be cooked or not.
