Fried gluten with green pepper

In fact, its made of single gluten, but because the gluten is too oily, it added 2 peppers, which is quite good. But I think its a bit greasy to eat in summer, so its OK to eat it once in a while.

Stir over high heat until sauce is on fire.

1. Gluten must be boiled and greasy removed.
2. Dont put too much oil in stir-frying. The gluten itself is already oily. Green pepper is added to absorb oil and reduce the greasy taste. It also looks beautiful. Of course, the taste is good, haha!
