Fried meat with garlic bolt in Guizhou flavor

Food Material List

  • 1 A garlic bolt 200 may
  • 2 Meat slice 250g

Operational steps

  • 1 Pick up the garlic bolts and remove the old ones. Shrew them into sections and wash them for later use.
  • 2 Wash pork slices or other lean slices and add salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, ginger and water starch to marinate them.
  • 3 Put some vegetable oil into the pan and stir-fry the meat slices in the pan until they turn white. Remove the reserve immediately when the meat slices turn white.
  • 4 When the oil in the pan is heated, stir-fry the fragrant slices of meat and garlic bolts again, stir-fry the fragrance, then stir-fry the chili oil evenly.
  • 5 If it is Ciba Chili, it needs to be fried first, then put into the fragrant meat slices and garlic bolt section stir-fry;
  • 6 After lifting off the fire, add salt, monosodium glutamate, and oil to stir-fry the fragrance (turn off the small fire to stir-fry for flavor) and then serve on a plate.


Garlic bolts are hard. If there are old people in the family, they should use small fire for a few times. If there are no old people, they should eat less tender garlic bolts.
