Operational steps

  • 1 Mix milk, sugar and starch in a pan.

  • 4 Remove the cut or ribs as needed
  • 5 Mix flour, vegetable oil, water, salt, fermentation powder and monosodium glutamate into paste.
  • 6 Heat up to 60% of the oil. Cover the cake with paste and place it in a pan. Deep-fry until golden brown. Remove.
