Food Material List
- 1 Yellow bean sprouts 350g
- 2 Dry noodles 100g
- 3 Streaky pork 100g
- 1 Boil bean sprouts in hot water until ripe.
- 2 Hot water foaming powder to slightly white fat without hard core.
- 3 Noodles I choose sweet potato flour.
- 4 Change scallions, ginger, garlic into knives and set aside.
- 5 Cut the pork into slices and marinate it with a little sauce.
- 6 Stir-fry the meat slices in a hot pan with cold oil until the scallions, ginger and garlic are rolled and fragrant.
- 7 Stir-fry soybean sprouts for a few times. Add sweet sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, five spices powder, soybean sauce and salt.
- 8 Soybean sprouts are ripe, stir-fry evenly and then pour into sparkling noodles.
- 9 Stir-fry the noodles continuously after they are put in. Avoid frying the pan until the noodles are transparent. Pour in a few drops of fragrant oil and stir for a few seconds to get out of the pan.
- 10 It tastes good only when the oil is a little bigger. Its a typical rice killer.
