Fried noodles with soybean sprouts

Food Material List

  • 1 Yellow bean sprouts 350g
  • 2 Dry noodles 100g
  • 3 Streaky pork 100g

Operational steps

  • 1 Boil bean sprouts in hot water until ripe.

  • 3 Noodles I choose sweet potato flour.

  • 4 Change scallions, ginger, garlic into knives and set aside.

  • 5 Cut the pork into slices and marinate it with a little sauce.

  • 6 Stir-fry the meat slices in a hot pan with cold oil until the scallions, ginger and garlic are rolled and fragrant.

  • 7 Stir-fry soybean sprouts for a few times. Add sweet sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, five spices powder, soybean sauce and salt.

  • 8 Soybean sprouts are ripe, stir-fry evenly and then pour into sparkling noodles.

  • 9 Stir-fry the noodles continuously after they are put in. Avoid frying the pan until the noodles are transparent. Pour in a few drops of fragrant oil and stir for a few seconds to get out of the pan.
