- 1 Soybean sprouts are picked and washed, shredded meat is salted, raw soy sauce, cooking wine and raw powder are mixed and marinated for 10 minutes.
- 2 Cook the noodles and drain them. Shredding kelp and green pepper.
- 3 Stir-fry the shredded meat in hot oil in a pan and serve.
- 4 Heat oil again in the pan, stir-fry scallions and ginger, pour in bean sprouts and stir-fry evenly.
- 5 Put noodles and kelp in a small bowl of water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the soup is thick. Pour in shredded pork before leaving the pot. Stir-fry the shredded green pepper for 10 seconds and turn off the heat immediately.
