Fried pork cartilage with MOMO sauce

Now the pig cartilage is really expensive. One will cost nearly 30 yuan, and the husband will be able to kill more than a half of it alone. ~~MOMO feels that it is still very rare to extravagant. I forgot to take the photos, so I can only find a similar photo online to mix it up.

Operational steps

  • 1 Add pigs cartilage to cooking wine, a little salt, a little soy sauce, onion and ginger for a moment, green pepper and onion to cut.
  • 2 Add oil in the frying pan, and when the oil is 7 minutes hot, pour in the salted cartilage and stir-fry until the edge is yellowish.
  • 3 Remove, do not need to wash the pan, add green pepper and onion directly, stir-fry until soft, then add cartilage to stir-fry a few times, add soy sauce, bean paste, dried marmalade sauce, ice sugar (7 to 8 grains) seasoning, add a little water, stir evenly, cover the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then collect the sauce from the pan!!
