- 1 Fried white radish Patty Appropriate amount
- 1 Cut radish cake into small pieces, not too small (about the size of your thumb). Or the sheet in this picture will do. Personally, it feels more delicious to stir-fry granules.
- 2 Oil in the pan and fry until golden. Sprinkle water in the middle to avoid too dry.
- 3 Stir-fry the XO sauce evenly and then serve on a plate.
