- 1 Cut the lean meat into shreds, rub the carrots into shreds, and then wash the dried mushrooms after half an hour of foaming (the foaming water is reserved), and mix the abalone juice with salt in a small bowl (a little salt, because the abalone juice itself has saltiness).
- 2 Heat the pan with less oil, stir-fry lean meat to change color, add carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry together. After a few minutes, pour in the water of foaming mushrooms and abalone juice without cooking (not too much, or boiled rice dumplings), cover the pan and boil.
- 3 After boiling, add rice dumplings and cabbage, and turn it over from time to time to avoid sticking to the pot. When the juice is almost collected, the pot can be turned off and loaded.
