Fried rice with minced meat, brussels, Brussels and cowpeas

Food Material List

  • 1 Minced meat Appropriate amount
  • 2 Chinese Cabbage Appropriate amount
  • 3 cowpea Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Cut the tenderloin into small dices, add wine, spiced powder, ginger powder, soy sauce, water starch and marinate for ten minutes. Rinse the cowpea, cut into small sections and blanch them with boiling water.
  • 2 Pour proper amount of oil in the pan, stir-fry diced meat until discolored, stir-fry cowpea for two minutes, stir-fry elemene evenly.
  • 3 Stir-fry the rice overnight evenly and season with a little salt.


Elemene itself is salty and can be added with or without a small amount of salt according to personal taste.
