- 1 Sauteed Green Beans
- 2 Tentacles of squid
- 3 Cooking wine
- 4 Garlic
- 5 Soy sauce
- 6 ginger
- 1 Rinse and remove the stem of kidney beans and cut them into small dices.
- 2 Cut into dices
- 3 Put the kidney beans in boiling water for 5-8 minutes, then drip them out and set aside.
- 4 Add oil to the pan, add garlic and ginger. After the aroma comes out, add squid whiskers, then add cooking wine and raw soy sauce.
- 5 Stir-fry the diced kidney beans with less salt.
