Fried Taro

Because in my hometown, my aunts own taro, gave us some, miss the childhood grandmother made taro essence, so I personally made it once.

Food Material List

  • 1 Taro at will
  • 2 Scallion

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash and peel taro

  • 3 Chopped onion

  • 4 In the pan, fry onions, then taro, until the surface is slightly cooked, then put salt microcrystals into the water to boil.

  • 5 Just fish it out. Dont look bad. It tastes delicious.
