Food Material List
- 1 Grass carp meat
- 1 Steamed fish
- 2 Peel off the skin and pick out the thorns
- 3 Stir in soy sauce
- 4 Pan-fry in oil pan, or stir-fry constantly. (If its not sticky, you probably wont have to work so hard.)
- 5 When the water is running out, add sugar and stir-fry over low heat.
- 6 Its good not to stick the pan.
