Greek rice omelet

Food Material List

  • 1 14 cups of rice 50g
  • 2 Yunnan cucumber Three thorough pieces
  • 3 Egg Eight Breakups
  • 4 Onion (white part) 3 roots

Operational steps

  • 1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease disc
  • 2 Burn the rice in salted water for about 8 minutes before draining the water.
  • 3 Stir-fry scallions in a hot frying pan.
  • 4 Add oil, add garlic and stir-fry cooked cucumber.
  • 5 Mix the cucumbers, scallions, rice, mint (or coriander), pepper, eggs and cheese in a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 6 Decorate the finished product with tomato sticks
