Food Material List

  • 1 Yam of bergamot Appropriate amount
  • 2 Spareribs Appropriate amount
  • 3 Ham Appropriate amount
  • 4 Ginger and onion Appropriate amount
  • 5 salt Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Rinse the spareribs with water to remove the foam and put them in the boiled water saucepan.
  • 2 Cut 20 cm square ham in the pot. Bring it to a boil and skim off the foam.
  • 3 Add scallions and ginger, Codonopsis pilosula, Shaoxing wine and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
