- 1 Fresh and tender white lotus root Section
- 2 Hawthorn Cake
- 3 Sugar
- 1 Peel and cut white lotus root into shreds. Soak in cool boiling water for 15 minutes or so to remove excess lotus root powder.
- 2 Cut hawthorn cake evenly and fine filament for reserve
- 3 In a small bowl, add some sugar, fruit vinegar, cool and white, and mix well.
- 4 After the lotus root is leached, place the Hawthorn fillet on the top, then evenly spread the juice in step 3 to the surface.
