Food Material List

  • 1 Dried shrimps 50g
  • 2 Shredded radish 50g
  • 3 soy sauce A teaspoon
  • 4 Oyster Sauce Half teaspoon

Operational steps

  • 1 Soak shredded radish and dry for 5 minutes. Rinse and wring dry water.
  • 2 Shrimp skin is over water.
  • 3 Fried red pepper, garlic, shrimp skin and shredded radish in oil. Stir-fry.
  • 4 Stir-fry evenly, then add soy sauce, oil-consuming onion and continue to stir.
  • 5 Stir well and start the pan.
