Honey Thousand Layer Cake

Thousand layers are baked one by one, so its time to wait.

  • 1 Cake oil 12 g in winter and 10 g in summer
  • 2 Egg 275g 6 eggs
  • 3 Sugar 125g
  • 4 Low-gluten flour 125g
  • 5 Baking powder 1.5g
  • 6 Sanhua Milk 25g
  • 7 Honey 50g
  • 8 Salad oil 50g
  • 9 200g batter first layer Bag for 6 minutes at 230 and 0 degrees Celsius
  • 10 200g batter layer 2 Bag for 6 minutes at 230 and 0 degrees Celsius
  • 11 200g batter third layer paste Bag for 15 minutes at 200 ~0 ~C
  • 12 Pay attention to the third layer when baking Bag for 12 minutes. Remove the head and bag for 3 minutes.

  • 6 Turn on the middle gear < br /> and mix it evenly with 50g honey.
  • 7 Open slow gear < br /> add salad oil 50g while stirring (salad oil water insulation heating temperature 60 C) < br /> mix well.
  • 8 Pour 200g batter into baking pan < br /> and smoothen < br /> with a scraper. Bake at 230 ~C for 6 minutes at 0 ~C.
  • 9 Remove the batter < br /> scraper < br /> and bake at 230 ~C for 6 minutes at 0 ~C.
  • 10 Remove and pour 200 g batter < br /> scraper < br /> flatten < br /> and bake for 15 minutes < br /> one or tow centimeters at 200 ~C, then turn the baking tray and bake for 3 minutes.
