Hot pot with tomato

Recently I like tomatoes very much. That day when I said that I would like to eat hot pot, I wanted to make a bottom of the pot with tomatoes. My husband and I had no problem with hot pot. So I added chili pepper and Pixian bean paste to the bottom of the basic pot, which tasted very good. Henceforth, there was no need to buy hot pot bottom at home.

Food Material List

  • 1 Tomatoes Five (small)
  • 2 Scallion Half a tree
  • 3 ginger 5 tablets
  • 4 Garlic 6 valves
  • 5 Fungus A few
  • 6 Ketchup Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Cut the tomatoes into pieces and put them in the cooking machine to break them up. Cut scallions, slice ginger, peel garlic and pat it with a knife.
  • 2 Heat oil in the pan (more than usual stir-fried vegetables), stir-fry onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and hot pepper, then stir-fry Pixian bean paste evenly. Finally, add tomato sauce and tomato sauce (supermarket tomato sauce can also be), stir-fry evenly (if very dry, put a little water, do not dry the pot)
  • 3 Then add a small amount of salt and chicken extract, and a little sugar (flavored), pour boiling water, and make a quick cooking.

Theres Pixian bean paste in it, so theres no need to add too much salt. You can put a chicken soup, it tastes more delicious. If you have time, you can make a soup with chicken rack and pig bone. Thats perfect. The meat I eat this time is hand cut. The pork fillet is cured with a little water, and it will not be old and tender in the chafing dish. Mutton is bought back and cut by oneself, practicing knife. However, it tastes very addictive and eats lots of meat.
Whats not so good this time is that the pepper in the hot pot will be numb when eaten, and the next time its filtered, its even better
