Food Material List

  • 1 Eel 500 g,
  • 2 Astragalus membranaceus 30g

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash Astragalus membranaceus and jujube; cut eel into intestines, wash and cut into pieces.
  • 2 Oil and salt are used to fry Mandarin eels and ginger until they are half-cooked. Astragalus membranaceus, jujube and eel are put into the pot together, with proper amount of water;
  • 3 After boiling in the fire, cook in a warm cooker for 1 to 2 hours, season with salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper.


invigorate Qi and nourish blood, keep fit and look good. It is suitable for shallow complexion and fatigue caused by insufficiency of Qi and blood.
