Italian mushroom mashed potato white sauce

White sauce is one of the basic sauces for pasta, which is different from green sauce and red sauce. The main ingredient is to mix oil-fried starch with milk to form a strong and mellow taste. In my way, while reducing fat content, potatoes instead of flour make the calorie lower. At the same time, the use of partially skimmed mushroom milk can maintain the taste, which is more conducive to health.

  • 1 Mushroom 6 flower
  • 2 Mashed Potato 1
  • 3 semi-skimmed milk A small bowl

Operational steps

  • 1 Stir-fry mashed beans, garlic and Italian spices in a small amount of oil over medium-low heat until yellowish and give off the char flavor of starch.
  • 2 Cut mushrooms, add milk, stir-fry mashed potatoes, and mix them in a juicer to form a paste.
  • 3 Pour the mushroom paste into the pot and stir it, add salt and sugar to season it, then boil it until it is thick and boiling.
