Japanese Fried Shrimp (Simple)

In winter afternoon, a plate of crisp fried shrimp is easy to make.

Food Material List

  • 1 Shrimp
  • 2 Egg juice
  • 3 breadcrumbs
  • 4 Starch flour
  • 5 salt

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash shrimp, remove head and shell (but keep tail and shell in front of tail)
