Korean Spicy Sauce Fried New Year Cake

  • 1 Hotpot New Year Cake 450g
  • 2 green pepper 1
  • 3 Shredded onion 13
  • 4 Carrot 12 roots
  • 5 Celery 1 roots
  • 6 cucumber 12 roots

Operational steps

  • 1 Prepare materials. Soak hot pot rice cake in clear water. Cut onions, green peppers, carrots and cucumbers into shreds. Cut celery into sections and set aside.

  • 2 When the oil is 40% hot, add onion shreds and stir-fry over medium and small heat until fragrant. Then add green pepper shredded, cucumber shredded and carrot shredded into the pan, stir-fry over medium and small heat for about 2 minutes.
  • 3 Pour water into the pot, boil over high heat, turn medium to low heat and add hot rice cake sauce to stir-fry. After sauce is stir-fried, add rice cake, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, add salt and sugar to stir-fry, and continue cooking over medium to low heat until the rice cake becomes soft and the soup becomes thick.
