Kung Pao Chicken

Food Material List

  • 1 Chicken breast Appropriate amount
  • 2 peanut Appropriate amount
  • 3 Cucumber Appropriate amount
  • 4 Mature vinegar Appropriate amount
  • 5 soy sauce Appropriate amount
  • 6 salt Appropriate amount
  • 7 White granulated sugar Appropriate amount
  • 8 starch Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Diced chicken breast, marinated with wine, salt, soy sauce and starch for more than half an hour. Cucumber diced, peanuts fried in oil over low heat, crisp, and serve.
  • 2 Sauce: Soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, water, mix well.
  • 3 Stir-fry ginger and garlic in oil, pour chicken breast, add cucumber and peanuts. If you like hot pepper sauce, add sauce, stir-fry for a few times, add starch water, stir-fry for a few times, and then get the sauce over high heat.
