Operational steps

  • 1 Leaves of lettuce were washed and boiled in boiling water for half a minute, only to change their color. When boiling water, a few drops of oil were put into the water to keep the leaves green.

  • 3 Fresh red pepper is sliced and sprinkled on vegetable leaves with salt and chicken essence.
