  • 1 Fermented butter 250g
  • 2 Powdered sugar 160g
  • 3 Egg juice 200ML
  • 4 Low-gluten flour 200g
  • 5 Baking powder 6g
  • 6 lemon zest 1 capsule

Operational steps

  • 1 Prepare the ingredients, soften the butter in advance at room temperature, put it in the mixing bucket, add sugar powder.
