Operational steps

  • 1 Soak dried mushrooms well in advance and wash them after soaking. Especially the surface is easy to dirty. You can scrape them slightly with a shaving tool and cut them into blocks for reserve.
  • 2 Wash the vegetables and cut them into reserve. Cool the oil in a hot pan. When the oil is hot, pour in the vegetables, stir-fry them quickly, pour in the mushrooms, stir-fry them together, and then add salt (first put salt because it can force the water out of the vegetables). Then put a little water, cover and boil for a while.
  • 3 After boiling, open the lid and simmer a little more to serve.
