Lotus leaf cake should be thin. As a cake for roast duck, I rolled it thicker.

- 1 Plain flour 250g
- 2 Boiling water 140ml
- 3 salt Few
- 1 Add salt, boiling water and dough, wake up noodles
- 2 Cut into small pieces of uniform size
- 3 Roll into a thin skin
- 4 When the water is boiled, put the first one into the skin, then add the second one in a minute, and so on. Put the whole one into the skin and turn off the fire when the last one is ripe.
- 5 Uncover lotus leaf cake before the skin is cool
- 6 Its a little thick!
