Lotus shredded pork

Food Material List

  • 1 Dried tofu 400g
  • 2 Shredded meat 150g
  • 3 Egg skin silk 20g
  • 4 Shredded red and green pepper 20g
  • 5 agaric silk 20g
  • 6 Ham shredded 20g
  • 7 Shallot silk Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Push the dried tofu flat. Push onion, egg skin, red and green pepper, fungus and ham into the tofu. Cut into diamonds and surround the dish.
  • 2 Add vegetable oil into the pot. When the oil in the pot is heated to 40%, put the shredded meat into the skillet and drain the oil.
  • 3 Keep the bottom oil in the pan. Heat the meat shreds. Add salt, sugar, sweet sauce, monosodium glutamate and other condiments. Adjust the taste. Use starch to mix the sauce before leaving the pan. Put it in the middle of the tofu roll and serve immediately.
