Operational steps

  • 1 Cut the mango vertically with a knife. Cut several knives horizontally and vertically on the cut mango flesh. Then slice the flesh gently along the bottom of the mango with a knife to form mango grains.
  • 2 Boil some water in the pot, add sago after boiling, stir with a wooden spoon from time to time, cook until sago has only a little white core in the middle, then turn off the fire and bake for 5 minutes.
  • 3 Put the cooked sago in supercooled water and rinse it until it is crystal clear and non-sticking.
  • 4 Pour the milk into the dish, pour in a little honey, and add the sago and mango seeds.

Tips

1. To make mango Similu, it is suggested to choose small mango. Compared with big mango, small mango combined with milk tastes richer and has just the right weight.
2. Replacing sugar with honey can not only make sweetness more natural, but also moisten intestine and nourish beauty.
