- 1 ground beef
- 2 Potato
- 1 Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into pieces. Deep-fry them in a pan over medium heat until golden. Remove them and drain the oil.
- 2 Heat 4 tbsp oil, saute garlic powder, stir-fry minced beef until the minced meat discolored. Add 2 tbsp Pixian bean paste, 1 tbsp June bean paste, 1/2 tbsp pepper powder, 1/8 tbsp white pepper powder, 1 tbsp rice wine and 1/3 tbsp sugar to stir-fry until the minced meat discolored.
- 3 Pour in the potatoes, stir-fry with the ingredients in the pot, pour in a bowl of water, stir and boil, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Boil until the soup is thick and the potatoes are ripe and tasty.
- 4 Sprinkle with pepper noodles and sprinkle with hot oil.
