Food Material List

  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Lettuce
  • 3 Canned corn
  • 4 Egg
  • 5 flour

Operational steps

  • 1 Carrot shredded and heated in a microwave oven with a little water for 3 minutes
  • 2 Shredded lettuce, canned sweet corn, half canned
  • 3 Mix flour with eggs and add the above ingredients to make batter, salt and black pepper seasoning.
  • 4 Sprinkle a few drops of olive oil in a hot pan and fry them over a minimum heat until they are brown on both sides. Start with egg yolk mustard sauce and a few grains of black pepper.
