Milk yellow stuffing

Egg juice and sugar are beaten evenly with an egg beater, then added with water, stirring and then adding. Mix all the flour evenly. Add butter, mix evenly, heat in water and stir continuously to make sticky.

  • 1 Full-fat milk powder 53g
  • 2 wheat starch 40g
  • 3 Whole egg 100g
  • 4 custard powder 25g
  • 5 Clean water 110g
  • 6 granulated sugar 40g
  • 7 butter 30g

Operational steps

  • 1 Not too sweet. Sugar can be reduced by another 10 grams.
