Milky Purple Potato Pulp

Breakfast in the school canteen is nothing more than soybean milk, steamed buns with no filling, all kinds of oily cakes… Its really not interesting. Operational steps

  • 1 1. Purple potatoes are washed and steamed and peeled.

1. Because purple potatoes have sweet taste, so you can not add sugar, so the taste is light. If you like sweetener, add glutinous rice flour and a little sugar at the same time.
2. The degree of thickness depends on your preference. If you want to be thicker, add less milk.
3. Glutinous rice flour can be added or not, personal feelings add a little taste better.
