  • 1 Cast leaves
  • 2 Glutinous rice
  • 3 Pork belly

Operational steps

  • 1 Soak the leaves of Zongye in water. When its soft, it wont break the leaves of Zongye when its packed.

  • 5 Put a piece of seasoned pork. The function of fat meat is to make zongzi more fragrant and sticky.

Tips

Glutinous rice must be soaked well in advance, otherwise it is not easy to ripen, and the taste is not good.
