Moo Shu Pork

This is a very home-cooked dish. My mother used to fry it at home. Its nutritious. She likes it very much. I didnt intentionally learn, do things blindly, and I dont know if Im right.

Food Material List

  • 1 cucumber One root
  • 2 Carrot One root

Operational steps

  • 1 Cucumbers and carrots are cut into oblique diamond-shaped pieces for reserve. Auricularia auricula and cauliflower are soaked in water for reserve. Eggs are stirred well.
