Food Material List

  • 1 Streaky pork 300g
  • 2 Fresh Shiitake 10 flower
  • 3 Black fungus 20g
  • 4 Garlic sprouts 200g
  • 5 Red pepper 1 roots

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash the pork and put it in a pot with water, cooking wine, pepper and big ingredients for about 20 minutes until it can penetrate through the skin with chopsticks, and remove the chilled slices.
  • 2 Wash all four pieces of shiitake mushroom, black fungus foam, picking, pepper, seeds and slices, garlic moss.
  • 3 Oil in the pan, add scallions, stir-fry meat slices for a while, add mushrooms and black fungus, stir-fry garlic moss, add raw sauce and stir-fry until tasty, and finally add color pepper to stir-fry well.
