  • 1 Mushroom
  • 2 Seaweed
  • 3 Purple rice and rice
  • 4 Ham
  • 5 Carrot

Operational steps

  • 1 Cut mushrooms, carrots and ham into pieces, and cut seaweed kitchen scissors into spare parts.
  • 2 Heat a little oil in the pan, then add the chopped ham, carrot, mushroom and shredded mushrooms, stir-fry until they are ripe.
  • 3 Mix purple rice, fried ham, carrot, mushroom granules, mustard sauce, Wanzi soy sauce and mix well.
  • 4 Wear gloves and knead them into small rice balls. Sprinkle them with Tess Shanghai and cook sesame seeds.
