  • 1 Pork (Pang)
  • 2 Black mustard
  • 3 egg-white
  • 4 starch
  • 5 green pepper
  • 6 Sugar
  • 7 kecap manis
  • 8 salt
  • 9 Salad oil
  • 10 Chicken essence

Operational steps

  • 1 1: Cut pork into 5 cm long silk, black mustard and green pepper.
  • 2 Cut black mustard is washed repeatedly to remove impurities and reduce salty taste.
  • 3 Sliced pork in a bowl, put in egg white, starch, salt and sizing.
  • 4 Heat the frying pan, add lard and salad oil. Burn until 40% hot. The meat is slightly oiled. Remove the oil when it turns gray.
  • 5 Keep the bottom oil in the pan, stir-fry black mustard and chili pepper. Stir-fry the shredded meat, then add the sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt and sauce to taste, then use the wet starch to stir up the pan and serve.
