Sprouts and minced meat noodles are our usual noodles for weekend brunch. I dare not say they are authentic noodles. Its a combination of Sichuan noodles and hot and dry noodles in my hometown. - 1 Stir-fried minced meat with sprouts 2 tablespoons
- 2 noodle 1 handles
- 3 Greens Few
- 4 Fried peanuts 2 spoons
- 1 When noodles are cooked, dont cook them too soft and cook vegetables at the same time.
- 2 Put all seasonings except red oil in two bowls and mix with broth or noodle soup.
- 3 Add the cooked noodles and vegetables to the seasoning sauce, put a spoonful of sprouts minced meat (my family used to put a little more mustard shredded) and red oil, sprinkle peanuts and rice to eat.
