- 1 Green Onion 100g
- 2 noodle 200g
- 3 Edible oil Small bowl (small bowl for meals)
- 4 Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- 5 Old soy sauce 12 teaspoons
- 6 sugar 12 teaspoons
- 7 salt 12 teaspoons
- 8 warm water 3 teaspoons
- 1 Wash and cut scallions
- 2 Heat the pot with edible salt and place in the scallion section.
- 3 Continue frying on medium fire
- 4 Till the scallions turn black and dry, add salt, sugar, raw, old and warm water into the bowl, and pour in the fried scallion oil.
- 5 Cook noodles and fish them out. Pour in onion oil and stir well.
