Old-fashioned Dry Pork Rice

Everyone has a bowl of dried meats that belong to their own taste.

Food Material List

  • 1 Peeled pork 250g
  • 2 onion Half
  • 3 Potato One

Operational steps

  • 1 Add proper amount of peanut oil into the pot, heat to 60% heat, add pork, fry until golden brown and simmer the fragrance.
  • 2 Potato dice, onion dice and mushroom dice are added to the pot, stir-fry for one minute, then add salt, chicken essence, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, stir-fry until seasoning melts and add a bowl of water to simmer for a while, then add boiled white water eggs to the pot and stew together.
  • 3 Stew the potatoes until they are soft and rotten. Leave a little soup in the pot and use a little starch to make the pot.
  • 4 The rice is filled in a bowl, pressed, buckled on a plate, dried meat sauce poured on the rice, half-cut eggs, placed on the edge of the plate, and finally the coriander is spread on the dried meat.
  • 5 I prefer to cook it with egg flower soup. Only egg flower and onion and black pepper are in the soup. It tastes delicious.
